Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel/rearrange your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Any no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and no future appointments will be made until payments are received.

If you are 10 or more minutes late please be aware that your appointment may have to be cancelled or rearranged as my diary is normally booked back to back.

Skin tests*- A skin test must be carried out 48 hours prior to your treatment. Without a valid skin test your treatment cannot be carried out.

When you arrive to your appointment please send me a message to let me know you're here. I may still be with a client as I work on a 1-1 basis, so please bare this in mind if you are early!
